Absolutely, if you’re moving into Chappelle 28 small pets are welcome with a one-time $250 deposit and $35 monthly fee per pet, and you must receive approval from the Building Manager.
Chappelle 28 offers secured, heated underground parking for vehicles and bikes. Up to two parking stalls can be added to your suite for an additional monthly fee – one underground and one exterior.

The security deposit for our rentals is equivalent to one month’s rent.
The standard minimum rent period is 12 months. However, we also offer the flexibility of shorter-term leasing options with 6-month terms available upon request.

Heat and water are included in your rent at Chappelle 28. Electricity and cable/internet/phone are paid separately.
Yes, you will need tenant insurance.
